Help Wanted!

As a result of becoming so successful, the committee are overloaded with work, and urgently need your help! This is a list of some of the tasks that we need help with. If you can help, please speak to someone in our Kit Shop, or leave me a note behind the club bar.

Coaching and Team Related

• Coaches – for each age group

• Coaching assistants – for each age group

• Team/Age Group administration – for each age group

• Pitch coordinator – could you help ensure all groups have a pitch to play on?

• Match/training report writer – and post them on our web site

• Ensure match reports are sent to local newspapers

General Administration

• Point of contact for new/potential recruits

• Membership administration

• Help with Health and Safety

• Help our Secretary with our general administration

• Newsletter writer

• KJRFC Web detail watcher – help spot the deliberate misteaks

• Web designer – could you improve our website?

• Policy writer – can you help draft these important documents?

• Keep policies up to date – do you know what is the latest best practice?

• Information sharer

• Banner organiser – help keep our club’s name flying in Kenilworth

Income Generation

• Kit sales – could you help in our shop for an hour each month?

• Sunday morning refreshments – could you help with an hour each month?

• Players Meals – could you do an hour each month?

• Sweet Stall – could you help with an hour each month?

• Social secretary/events coordinator

• Help with social events – would you like to organise an event?

• Commercial opportunities coordinator

• Sponsorship opportunities coordinator

• Fundraising opportunities coordinator
